To register an account on the Platform, follow the link

Enter your email address for registration, check the box next to the option "I'm not a robot", and click the Continue button.
If the email address you provided is already registered, you will see a warning message "USER WITH THIS E-MAIL IS ALREADY REGISTERED". In this case, you can either provide a different email address or sign in to the already registered
@User Account
by clicking the Sign In button.
After entering a correct email address and completing the "I'm not a robot" captcha, you will proceed to the next step of the registration process. On this step, you need to fill in all the required fields: provide your last name and first name, create a strong password and confirm it, and then click the Sign Up button.
If the entered password is less than 8 characters, you will see a warning message YOUR PASSWORD MUST BE AT LEAST 8 CHARACTERS.
If the entered password and its confirmation do not match, you will see a warning message PASSWORDS DID NOT MATCH.
Upon correctly filling in all the fields, an email will be sent to your email address with a link to confirm your registration.
Click on the link in the email to complete the registration process.
Authorization on the Platform
If you already have a registered
@User Account
, you need to authorize in order to start working on
@Agent
s. Authorization is done through the link
@Authorization
.
Enter your email address and password in the form fields and click the Sign In button.
If you have not yet confirmed your email address, you will see a warning message indicating this.
In this case, you will need to confirm your email address by finding the registration confirmation email in your inbox and following the link in the email.
If the email address has already been confirmed and you enter the correct login credentials, you will be successfully authorized.
Password Recovery
If you have forgotten the password for your
@User Account
, you can recover it by clicking the FORGOT PASSWORD? button on the authorization page (
@Authorization
).
Clicking the button will take you to the password recovery page. In the form, enter the email address associated with your registered
@User Account
that you want to recover access to, and check the box next to the option “I'm not a robot". Then click the RECOVER PASSWORD button.
If there is no registered with the entered email address, you will see a warning message "USER WITH THIS EMAIL DOES NOT EXIST.”
If you have entered a correct email address, you will receive a message stating that an email with a link to change your password has been sent to the specified email address.
Click on the link provided in the email.
In the opened password recovery form, enter your new password and confirm it. Then click the UPDATE PASSWORD button.
If you enter a password that is at least 8 characters long and correctly confirm it, you will receive a message stating that the password has been successfully changed.
