Upgrade Periods

Billing Period

The
@Billing Period
is the period during which the subscription is active.
During the
@Billing Period
, each user with the
@Free Tariff
has access to the full amount of traffic within the
@Traffic Limit in Billing Period
.
On
@Paid Tariff
s, each user also has access to the full amount of traffic within the
@Traffic Limit in Billing Period
, provided that the
@Paid Period
has not expired.
The duration of the
@Billing Period
is the same for all plans: 1 month from a specific time and date to the same time and date of the following month (for example, from 14:11 on October 15th to 14:11 on November 15th).

Traffic Counter and Subscription Actualization

@Traffic Counter in Billing Period
renews during the
@Subscription Update
. The update process starts once a day at 02:00 UTC simultaneously for all users. It is a periodic task that includes the following:
Payment check:
If it is found that the
@Paid Period
is complete and less than 24 hours have passed since its completion, no
@Agent Communication Blocking in Account
occurs.
If it is found that the
@Paid Period
is complete and 24 hours or more have passed since its completion,
@Agent Communication Blocking in Account
occurs.
Corresponding are triggered.
Statistics collection: Traffic for all
@Agent

is calculated from the beginning of the current
@Billing Period
to the current moment.
Counter update: The
@Traffic Counter in Billing Period
is updated based on the received traffic statistics. If it is the first day of a new
@Billing Period
, the
@Traffic Counter in Billing Period
is reset to zero.
Limit check: The
@Traffic Counter in Billing Period
is compared to the
@Traffic Limit in Billing Period

If it is found that the
@Traffic Counter in Billing Period
exceeds the

and less than 24 hours have passed since the limit was exceeded, no
@Agent Communication Blocking in Account
occurs.
