How to create and configure Slots

Purpose and general information

. The maximum length of a field value is 40 characters. If a name is not entered, the

automatically copies the first 40 characters of text from the Text List field to the Name field.

. The text can contain an unlimited number of characters.

Trimming spaces: by clicking the CREATE button (when creating a

@Slot⁠

) or SAVE (when editing a

@Slot⁠

), spaces and line breaks at the beginning and end of the Text List field are trimmed.

Adding multiple text message options

It is possible to add several text message options so that the

@Agent⁠

displays only one of them, chosen at random. To do this, you need to enter all answer options in the Text List field, separating them with one empty line.

If you want the empty line to be part of the text, you need to add a space in the empty line.
