User Management in Company

Users with the
@Administrator
and
@Owner
roles in the
@Company
have the ability to invite, edit their roles, and remove users from the
@Company
.

Inviting a User to the Company

To invite a user to the
@Company
, follow these steps:
Click the INVITE USERS button on the Users tab. ​

The INVITE USERS panel will open. ​

In the EMAIL field, enter the email address of the user you want to invite. Below, select the role that the user will have in the
@Company
. ​

Click the INVITE button.
If the user with the specified email address is not registered in the
@Platform
, a warning message will be displayed. ​

If the user with the specified email address has already been invited to the
@Company
, a warning message will be displayed. ​

Otherwise, the user will be invited to the
@Company
, and they will receive a notification email. A success message will be displayed. ​

The invited user can access the
@Company
by:
Opening the email with the subject “Invitation to [company name]" and clicking the button or link inside the email.
Opening their list of accessible companies and clicking on the name of the invited company.

Editing User's Role in the Company

Users with the
@Administrator
and
@Owner
roles can edit the roles of other users in the
@Company
. Follow these steps:
Click the pencil icon next to the user's name in the list on the Users tab. ​

The button will be disabled for users whose roles cannot be edited. ​

In the opened window, click on the ROLE field. ​

Select the new role from the dropdown list. ​

Click the SAVE button to save the changes.

Removing a User from the Company

Users with the
@Administrator
and
@Owner
roles can remove users from the
@Company
. Follow these steps:
Click the trash can icon next to the user's name in the list on the Users tab. ​

The button will be disabled for users who cannot be removed. ​

A confirmation dialog for removing the user from the
@Company
will appear.
To confirm the removal, click the YES, CLOSE ACCESS button. This will revoke the user's access to the
@Company
.
Clicking the NO, KEEP IT button will cancel the removal.
After removal, the user will lose access to the
@Company
, and it will be removed from their list of accessible
@Company
s.
