Creating an Agent

To create a new
@Agent
, you need to:
Go to the
@Projects Tab
.
Enter an existing project or create a new one (more about projects: ).
Click on the ADD AGENT button. ​

Enter the
@Agent
's name in the NAME field. The maximum length of the field value is 40 characters.
Optionally, enter a description of the
@Agent
in the DESCRIPTION field. The maximum length of the field value is 1000 characters.
If necessary, enable the Continue conversations option by checking the box next to it. When this option is enabled, the conversation history will be saved, and the next conversation in the same session will continue from the same placee.
Select the language for the
@Agent
‘s model (the language that will be recognized by the
@Agent
) from the drop-down list. After the
@Agent
is created, the language cannot be changed.
To complete the creation of the
@Agent
, click the SAVE button.
After this, an
@Agent
will be created.

@Agent
.

Editing an Agent

To change the
@Agent
's name, description, option value, or settings, you need to:
Go to the
@Agent
's settings.
Click on the settings button of the desired
@Agent
. ​

Click the Edit button in the dropdown menu. ​

Edit the
@Agent
's name, description, option value, or settings.
Save the entered data by clicking the Save button.

Deleting an Agent

To delete an
@Agent
, you need to:
Open the
@Agent
's settings by clicking the settings button on the
@Agent
card. ​

Click the Remove button. ​

After clicking the button, a dialog box with a warning will appear: ​

Confirm the deletion of the
@Agent
by clicking the YES, DELETE button.
After deleting the
@Agent
, it will no longer be possible to retrieve its data on the analytics tab, and the
@Agent
will no longer be displayed in the analytics filter (more details: ).
